SAP BusinessObjects Gold Partner Status for Phoenix

With the recent economic downturn, interest in Business Intelligence (BI) has seen a marked increase. Organisations have come to realise that by using Business Intelligence software, they can better analyse the data collect for new cost-cutting or sales opportunities - regardless of their industry or the size of their business.

As we move into 2010, Phoenix believes organisations will be looking to take considerable steps to remain competitive and position themselves for accelerated profitability - once the economy eventually does improve.

With this in mind, we have done our due diligence around BI from leading vendors and understand this is an area of specialism that Phoenix needs strategic partnership in. As a result of our research, we are pleased to announce that we will be working closely with SAP BusinessObjects as part of their Channel programme.

To deliver our Business Intelligence offering, we will also be working in association with well-respected SAP Consultancy and accredited SAP Service Partner, Contemporary. Together, we will be recommending SAP world-class BI solutions and will be happy to facilitate meetings and dialogues with Contemporary who are immensely experienced in this complex area of technology. Contemporary will support Phoenix customers with their needs around Business Intelligence and ERP/CRM solutions from SAP.

Through this new partnership, Phoenix customers will be able to access implementation, support and enhancement services that are completely orientated towards medium-sized organisations. This is a new initiative that we believe will be of interest to many of our customers as they work to improve internal systems and derive much better Business Intelligence.
