The Phoenix SAM Managed Service - helps you introduce an effective SAM process, using our business management tool, Licence Dashboard™. Via remote access, our Licensing Specialists can work in partnership with your organisation, helping you administer the software/licence records held on Licence Dashboard on a daily basis

The Phoenix SAM Support Service - uses the same business management tools as the SAM Managed Service. Licence Dashboard is installed on your site and configured to continually monitor and maintain your SAM programme. Unlike the Managed Service, however, we would not be responsible for the daily administration of the software/licence information - this would be left to your procurement team
