You are assured of access to all Adobe upgrades for your covered products during the life of your Upgrade Plan. And during the first six months of your CLP membership, you may also order an Upgrade Plan for previously acquired, current-version Adobe software licences (as long as Adobe has not announced a new version), bringing all your installations into a unified technology management programme. This helps ensure budget and technology predictability.
Creative Suite 5 School Site Licences are available to qualifying public and non-public schools only, located at a single address. These site licences are not available for sale or use by post-secondary or higher educational institutions.

Adobe Open Options (AOO) programmes are designed to reflect the different purchasing preferences of Adobe customers. Tuned to the needs of different types of organisations, AOO programmes provide valuable benefits.
The TLP programme is ideally suited to organisations that want to make easy, one-time purchases. Benefits include a generous discount schedule, a single serial number per product, and online tracking of all transactions
Earn discounts without a contract
Why buy retail software when you could qualify to get the same products at an attractive discount and with additional benefits? For every eligible TLP 5 order of new or upgrade Adobe software licenses or of Upgrade Plan, you receive points. Your discount level is based on the total point value of each volume licence order placed, and there is no minimum order size. The more licences you acquire in a single transaction, the more opportunity you have to save on the entire order. It's that simple.
Gain control of your software licences
Keeping track of individual retail purchases and subsequent software usage across your entire organisation can be resource-intensive. By acquiring Adobe software licences though TLP 5, you will have a permanent record of the licences your organisation has ordered. TLP 5 provides access to Adobe's Licensing Web Site (LWS), the easy-to-use, password-protected portal that enables you to track and manage your Adobe software licences online in one central location. With Adobe's LWS, you can run reports, track order history, access serial numbers, and download available software.
Simplify deployment and compliance
TLP 5 orders provide a single serial number per product (per platform) across your entire organisation, so IT staff can build a standard image for iinstallation on each computer to get users up and running quickly. By ordering your software through TLP 5 and using Adobe's LWS to manage your licences, you can eliminate the countless hours it often takes to monitor deployed retail software while ensuring your organisation is in compliance with its Adobe software licences.
Manage software upgrades efficiently
As an AVL customer, you have the option to purchase upgrade coverage for your Adobe software licences. Upgrade Plan enables you to purchase the right to any future upgrades released during your Upgrade Plan coverage period at a percentage of the licence price. Upgrade Plan is offered per product, so you have the option to cover one or all of your Adobe software licences, and Upgrade Plan purchases contribute to the total points of a TLP order, so you can maximise your discount. By investing in Upgrade Plan, your organisation can more efficiently manage software upgrades and achieve budget predictability.
As the number of points increases in a single transaction, your TLP 5 discount level may improve.

Significant savings
Among the Adobe Volume Licensing programmes, Adobe Cumulative Programme 5 (CLP 5) offers the most significant savings. Not only do you receive substantial savings over the retail price with your initial order, but all qualified orders of any size throughout the two-year membership term earn the same - or better - discount level. Orders accumulate points, and as your cumulative point total increases, so does your potential savings.
Budget predictability
As a new CLP 5 member, you can achieve budget predictability by securing your discount position for your two-year membership. In addition, by placing a minimum order at the time of renewal, you can secure your discount position for the subsequent membership period. You may also qualify to renew into a given discount level with no minimum order required if the points you have accumulated throughout the term reach or surpass the given discount level.
Simplified purchasing and deployment
As a CLP 5 member, you can easily track and manage your software licences through Adobe's easy-to-use, password-protected Licensing Web Site (LWS). This portal enables authorised staff to run reports, track order history, access serial numbers, and download available software from one central location, making it easy to deploy Adobe software to multiple users in various departments and locations across your organisation. You can also deploy additional licences of products you have already licensed any time you need them and consolidate them on one comprehensive purchase order at the end of the month.
Easy upgrades
CLP members also have the option to purchase upgrade coverage for their Adobe software licences. Upgrade Plan enables your organisation to purchase any future upgrades of licensed software that are released during your Upgrade Plan term at a percentage of the licence price. You can choose to cover one or all of your Adobe software licences, and Upgrade Plan purchases contribute to your cumulative point total to maximise your overall discount.
CLP 5 enables members to include qualified worldwide affiliates under the programme agreement and designate them as either Self-enrolled or Member-listed. In both cases, affiliate orders contribute to your organisation's cumulative point total, providing even greater savings as combined orders reach higher discount levels.
Member-listed affiliate
Member-listed affiliates share the CLP member's software serial numbers, simplifying acquisition and distribution. By selecting this approach, members and affiliates participate in Adobe's CLP with the same Upgrade Plan payment option and have the same designated Adobe Licence Centre. This option is ideal for organisations with a centralised buying environment.
Self-enrolled affiliate
Self-enrolled affiliates enroll separately in their own CLP linked to the programme member's CLP. Once enrolled, they receive their own CLP agreement number, may place their own orders, receive their own serial numbers for each product, and select their own Upgrade Plan options. All Self-enrolled affiliate orders receive the same discount as the programme member and accumulate points toward the programme member's CLP. This option is ideal for organisations with a decentralised ordering environment.
Affiliate qualification and details
"Affiliate" means any corporation, firm, partnership, or other entity that has legal personality that directly or indirectly owns, is owned by, or is under common ownership with the member of at least 50% of its equity (or such lesser percentage that is the maximum allowed to be owned by a foreign corporation in a particular jurisdiction).
Affiliates include Member-listed affiliates and Self-enrolled affiliates. Affiliates that participate in the CLP by ordering through a member (Member-listed affiliates) may do so provided that the member is aware of these affiliates and lists them under the agreement, and the member is responsible for the Member-listed affiliates' compliance with the CLP terms and conditions. Member-listed affiliates do not need to separately enroll and may purchase under the member's CLP membership with the same discount level as the member. Affiliates may also participate by becoming Self-enrolled affiliates. "Self-enrolled affiliate" means any eligible affiliate that enrolls in the CLP separately provided that each such Self-enrolled affiliate references the member's CLP membership agreement number on its enrollment form and complies with this agreement. Self-enrolled affiliates receive their own serial numbers, may designate their own reseller, and choose their own Upgrade Plan payment option. All affiliate ordering and contact information will be visible and available to the member. Members may refuse to allow an affiliate to benefit from this agreement and/or may terminate an affiliate's participation at any time during the term.
The number of points in your initial order indicate the discount level at which you will begin your membership term. In addition, you can also iincrease your discount level during your membership as you place more orders and reach the next level's points minimum. See the CLP 5 discount llevels table below for commercial, education, and government members.
