Veeam Licensing Options

Veeam Backup and Replication, Veeam Reporter, Veeam Monitor, nworks Management Pack for Microsoft SCOM and nworks Smart Plug-In for HP Operations Manager are each licensed per physical CPU socket of an ESX host.

'CPU Socket(s)' means a single, physical chip that houses not more than six processor cores on a Managed Server. 'Managed Server' is defined as a VMware ESX(i) Server that is monitored and managed by Veeam software product.

Licensing this product gives you full access to backup, replication and recovery functionality with no limitations on the number of jobs or virtual machines. Veeam Backup and Replication also has Veeam FastSCP built-in - a file-management tool used by more than 100.000 VMware professionals around the world.
