Perpetual Licence

The Swivel perpetual licence is based on a sliding scale dependent on the number of users - the higher the number the lower the per-seat cost. The one-off licence fee is payable at the start of the contract.

NB: The cost of the Swivel appliance(s) or VMware licence is charged separately

Software Maintenance and Support Options

An annual maintenance charge is payable for each year that Swivel is in use as a proportion of the licence fee, currently this is 18%, discounts may be available for purchasing multiple years in advance.

What do you get for this fee?

• Access to all in-version (3.x) upgrades that occur during the term of subscription - Professional Services for performing the upgrade are chargeable
• Maintenance releases, patch fixes etc available for download
• Access to related utilities and features, including change pin type applications new integration options
• Technical email support from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm via your reseller

24 X 7 Support

For an increased fee you can have the assurance that you will always have access to a Swivel Engineer. This level of cover is for those for whom authentication is a business critical service.

Swivel University Licence

The Swivel Secure University licensing option enables budget conscious universities to add an additional level of security to their network infrastructure without the need for extensive additional investment.

When a university purchases licences for staff and signs up to the annual maintenance agreements, Swivel will provide university wide student licences for free ensuring network security to both staff and student data no matter where or how the network is accessed.

The University Licence Includes:

• Staff Licences
• Virtual appliance or HA appliances (no software only option)
• Annual maintenance renewal
• Basic Annual Service - Annual Health Check and Yearly Audit of Staff Licences
• Basic Professional Services Package - 5 Days (one integration, basic install, infrastructure, one remote access, basic helpdesk training and development roll out planning)
• Free student Licences*

• Additional integration Services
• Full roll out services
• Upgrade services for appliance and software
