Symantec Authorised Technical Assistance Partner

Phoenix Software is now a member of the Symantec Authorised Technical Assistance Partner Programme (TAPP).

The Symantec Authorised Technical Assistance Programme allows partners to provide a high level of assistance by leveraging Symantec's technical expertise with the benefit of direct access to the Symantec advanced support team and training.

As a Symantec Platinum Partner, it was natural for Phoenix to want to join TAPP. The minimum requirements of the Programme are:

  • Being a Symantec Partner
  • Fully staffed 12x5 call centre
  • Software case tracking system
  • End- user service commitments
  • In-house technical assistance lab
  • Ability to transact Symantec support and maintenance renewals

Now Phoenix Software has been accepted into the programme and has completed all the necessary training, we are able to offer our customers numerous value-added services such as:

  • Telephonic and onsite assistance with issues installing Symantec products - Backup Exec and Symantec Endpoint Security

  • Health Check offerings for remote monitoring of end user's technical environment or proactive system issue alerts

All in all, our TAPP status allows us to provide a more efficient and faster response to our customers, which in turn helps us build better relationships and provide truly great service levels.
