As an Adobe Licence Management Programme (LMP) Partner, Phoenix Software is here to help you take a pro-active approach to dealing with your software licence management.
What is it?
LMP is a collaborative partnership between Adobe and Phoenix Software. Adobe provides Phoenix with up-to-date knowledge regarding how to identify and reconcile Adobe software.
Why is it important?
As an Adobe LMP Partner, we are kept updated on Adobe licensing rules and processes and our services are of a similar standard to the Adobe Licence Compliance Programme (LCP - Adobe's customer auditors). So, the licence management services we provide to you are recognised by Adobe LCP.
How does it help?
Phoenix Software is able to work independently of Adobe LCP - we do not disclose information regarding your software estate, if you so wish. This gives you peace of mind and helps you take a more proactive approach to your software asset control or, as we like to call it, licence management - without the apparent added pressure applied by the vendor.
Of course, if you allow Adobe to know you have engaged us, your immediate risk of a direct Adobe LCP licence review is significantly reduced. Also, if you have received a notification of review from Adobe LCP, rather than deploy your own personnel on the problem, why not engage Phoenix Software to complete the review on your behalf?
