vRanger Pro, vOptimizer, vControl andvFoglight are each licensed per physical CPU socket on the ESX Host, the number of cores does not matter.

vReplicator
These licences provide the ability to replicate 1 Virtual Machine from source to destination - licensing is not CPU based and only the source VM requires licensing.

vConverter
Available in two editions and is licensed by:

1. Server Consolidation - to be used for one time machine conversions (one licence per source machine and one conversion)
   
   
2. Disaster Recovery - for unlimited machine cloning and incremental synchronisation (one licence per source machine and multiple conversions)
