Our Technical Academy is a launchpad for careers in IT services and solutions.
Working in our IT Service Desk team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and customers across different technologies. The IT Service Desk is central to our IT Managed Services and provides broad exposure to all career paths at Phoenix, including Infrastructure Services, Cloud Services, Security Services, and more!
We currently have eight Technical Academy roles available. These roles are ideal for those with an interest in technology and an eagerness to learn.
Our Sales Academy is developing a new generation of sales professionals.
As part of the Phoenix Sales Academy, you will lead the change, positively impacting customer outcomes and solving their challenges with cutting edge IT innovations. Learning and development are at the core of our success and will open doors to various specialisations beyond sales, including cyber security, cloud solutions, and modern workplace to name a few.
We currently have 10 Sales Academy roles available. These roles are ideal for those who are curious and driven beyond pure monetary incentives with a desire to improve customer experiences.
These roles work within a Security Operation Centre (SOC) environment as a first line responder to incidents triggered by security toolsets and by SIEM technology.
SOC Analysts are responsible for investigating security incidents and supporting customers to mitigate and remediate security threats. With the security landscape changing daily, security services are a critical IT function for any organisation that relies on technology.
