Technical Support Apprentice
Are you interested in entering a formal technical apprenticeship scheme with a forward thinking software company?
Training to provide excellent service to internal/external customers as part of our busy Service Desk which in turn is part of our IT Services division. Skills attained would be software knowledge, how technical infrastructures work along with customer service and communication skills.
Qualification aimed for – Level 3 Infrastructure Technician standard.
This position requires a positive technical approach and is ideally suited to someone who is at the starting point of a new career who has not gained experience in this business sector.
