We are looking for an IT Technical Support Analyst to join our York office and help fuel the growth of our evolving IT Support and Managed Service offerings.
The primary responsibility of the Technical Support Analyst is to assist our customers and their IT environments which utilise several different technologies ranging from traditional on-premise infrastructure to cloud computing. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with 5+ years’ experience who is interested in joining a burgeoning MSP. The role will be within one of our fastest growing teams and crucial for the company’s IT Services growth.
