In 2012, Microsoft moved Housing Associations from Academic to Government pricing which, while was more expensive, came with many additional benefits that were not previously available to them. Since this time the pricing level has remained the same, however due to some incorrect communications around eligibility for charity pricing in 2019 there has been a certain amount of confusion caused.

Phoenix, the National Housing Federation (NHF), the Scottish Federation for Housing Associations (SFHA) and Community Housing Cymru (CHC) have worked together with Microsoft to address these issues and are happy to announce that we have jointly agreed to host an open and transparent webinar to cover where we were, where we are today and future plans and benefits for the sector.
