Get off the ground with our Rapid Deployment Model

The Rapid Deployment Model (RDM3030) is available to organisations that are seeking core CRM functionality alone; either in terms of Sales Management or Case Management that cannot be accomplished by other entry-level ‘vanilla’ CRM products.

RDM3030 gives customer a clearly defined initial deployment with the capability of material future extension as the hub of organisation-wide integrated systems. Established around project delivery in under 30 days, the RDM3030 includes rolling project management and jointly tracks progress against a detailed scope of supply and a clearly itemised project plan.

Health Check and Licence Profiling

For customers who already have an investment in Dynamics 365 technology, our Health Check ensures that we can provide the best level of support and advice and that both the estate and the associated licences are configured correctly in line with Microsoft best practice guidelines.

As part of the health check, our skilled team will provide:

• A full technical review of the platform, including the environment structure workflows, entities, plugins, java script and third-party products.
• Considerations and recommendations for improvements/enhancements.
• Support package recommendation should this be required.

Once a formal understanding of your estate has been established our Microsoft Licensing Specialist will work with you to understand the user profiles accessing the system and discuss the best method of licensing the estate moving forward.
