Ten years on, sales have quadrupled, and the portfolio of IT solutions that Phoenix offers has increased considerably to include cloud and transformation, infrastructure and managed services.

Managing more than 203 staff, Sam was named Business Leader of the Year in 2018 at the prestigious Women in IT Awards, with the judges stating that the way she retains staff played a major part in her winning the award. Indeed, Sam sees her primary role is to steer the company through the fast pace of change that both customers and the IT channel are faced with, and to remain agile and innovative.
