The Microsoft Enterprise Subscription Agreement offers best value for money for organisations with 100 or more users (subject to meeting eligibility criteria) seeking a manageable program for purchasing cloud services and software licences under one agreement. This enrollment provides organisations with best pricing, annual payments and fixed unit prices for a three-year term on included licences. Licences are purchased on a subscription model which provides flexibility in that where licences are no longer required, they can be removed at agreement anniversary (certain exclusions apply). Increases in licence quantity can be made at any time throughout the three-year period.
Microsoft’s Cloud Solutions Provider programme (CSP)is designed to offer customers a level of flexibility unlike any other Microsoft Agreement. CSP permits customers to scale up or down daily therefore easily catering for periods of additional licensing needs, all the while being fully guided and supported by Phoenix.
Microsoft CSP enables customers access to a range of on-premise, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or cloud-based subscription licences to enhance their working environment and develop their digital strategies.
Phoenix are a Microsoft Direct CSP Partner and our bespoke online ordering portal, Phoenix Solutions Platform, is available for you to complete a comprehensive list of tasks and streamline the procurement and license management process.
Phoenix has been absolutely fantastic in introducing me to a different way of licensing and has saved the trust thousands of pounds in the process.
PSP is our online marketplace where you can place orders for Microsoft licences. Originally created to allow us to deliver Microsoft Cloud Solutions Platform offerings (CSP), this portal has been expanded and developed to now also provide the following additional services and features to you:
Our dashboard homepage allows you to clearly track renewals and key agreement alerts as well as monitoring spend. The quick links section will take you to any other licensing and agreement management portal you need, meaning PSP acts as the sole destination for full licence management.
Phoenix will work with your organisation to get you set up on PSP so that when you have a requirement to purchase licences, it is quick and easy to fulfil. Other benefits of PSP include:
PSP generates automatic monthly billing via either direct debit or invoice meaning no need to worry about administration as Phoenix will automatically notify you when payments are due
Licences are supported by our in-house dedicated specialists and Microsoft Premier Support
Supported by a team of Licensing Specialists you can simply choose the licenses you require within the portal, then scale up or down whenever you need to
Microsoft offer competitive pricing within CSP to encourage the adoption of subscription licensing
Unlike other licensing models, you do not need to worry about wasting money or having to use up commitments. PSP will allow customers to pay in arrears to allow for flexing license requirements.
The Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) provides subscription-based licensing for primary/secondary and high education institutions with 1,000 users or more. EES provides assured coverage for desktop platform products through one annual count of Education Qualified Users (EQUs), rather than devices and offers the flexibility to add in additional products at any quantity. The program also includes student use benefits for a range of products.
The Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE) allows highly committed customers to standardise broadly on one or more of the four server and cloud technologies from Microsoft. The three-year enrollment offers the best pricing for customers who make an installed-base-wide commitment to one or more of Microsoft’s server and cloud technologies, with automatic access to Windows Azure and simplified licensing management. Through this agreement both perpetual and subscription licences can be purchased, meaning that customers can maintain software assurance renewals in addition to licensing new servers under a subscription model at the best possible price.
