As a Platinum Strategic Partner of Sophos, Phoenix has the ability to raise support requests on a customer’s behalf. Support requests are unlimited, and tickets can be raised as many times as required with an active subscription.

For an authorized contact person, the following information is required – please send the below to [email protected]

  • The name of the organization that holds the license for the software
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Contact number
  • Operating system (or hardware version)
  • A full description of the query or problem
