More and more organisations are recognising the challenges facing society and want to be part of the solution
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) aims to ensure that organisations conduct their business in a way that is ethical. This means taking account of their social, economic and environmental impact, and consideration of human rights looking at things such as:
- Procurement
- Recycling and use of resources
- Diversity and inclusion

- Charitable giving
- Volunteering
At the heart of the Phoenix Software’s CSR Policy is the commitment to create training opportunities via our strategic relationship with training partner QA.
As one of the UK’s most trusted training providers, QA help people and businesses transform their performance through learning. It was this partnership that Phoenix called upon when they were approached by London & Quadrant (L&Q) to increase the amount of social value created via its supply chain.
As a Category ‘A’ supplier to L&Q, Phoenix Software wanted to ensure it included a range of offerings in its partnership plan which would provide real social value. Indeed, Phoenix Software took Board-level interest in what L&Q was trying to achieve for its tenants and the community at large, as there was a specific desire to make an impact at a personal level to an individual’s life.
Liaising with L&Q, Phoenix Software identified a suitable candidate for some training and the chosen candidate was consulted as to the most desirable courses that would be of use and interest.
