Who is Phoenix Software
Phoenix Software is a UK-based IT solutions and managed services provider, specialising in the public sector. Founded in 1990, we‘re trusted by more than 3,300 customers, from government and policing to healthcare, education, housing, and charities. We support them across the UK with managed services, cloud, cyber security, digital workplace, AI, and software licensing.
We tailor our IT solutions and managed services to the objectives of each organisation we work with. The aim is better services for the people they support, from patients and tenants to students and service users. We work with partners such as Microsoft, VMware by Broadcom, Barracuda, Sophos, and Adobe. Over the years, we’ve also won a range of awards for our service, people, and sustainability.
So, what does that mean?
Technology is complicated, and it changes fast. For our customers, that combination can be a real headache.
Our customers are busy doing really important things like saving lives, protecting people, building new products, and creating new services. To be really good at what they do, they need simple, honest, and expert advice on how technology helps them do it.
