We have an EcoVadis Silver Medal, improving on last year’s Bronze. This places us in the top 11% of companies assessed — a fantastic recognition of the progress we’re making across our environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments.

EcoVadis is a leading, independent sustainability ratings platform that evaluates organisations across four themes: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Phoenix has been recognised with Microsoft verified Managed XDR solution status

We have achieved Microsoft verified Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) solution status! This is a recognition of our robust MXDR services including a Security Operation Center (SOC) with 24/ 7 proactive hunting, monitoring, and response capabilities all built on tight integrations with the Microsoft Security platform.

This recognition from Microsoft is a testament to the strength of our security services and the trust we’ve built with our customers. Achieving the Microsoft verified Managed XDR solution status means our offering has passed a rigorous audit by Microsoft Security engineering, validating that our solution delivers end-to-end threat protection, detection, and response across Microsoft 365 Defender and Microsoft Sentinel.

Broadcom VCF Knight – Leaha Torres

We’re proud to celebrate Leaha, one of our brilliant IT Technical Consultants, who has officially earned her Broadcom VCF Knight – NSX certification.

The Knight designation is Broadcom’s highest honour for partner professionals, recognising outstanding technical leadership, innovation, and deep expertise in Broadcom technologies.

Leaha’s achievement reflects her commitment to mastering VMware Cloud Foundation and NSX, skills that directly enhance the support we deliver to our customers.

What makes this achievement even more special? Leaha is one of the youngest professionals and the first female in the UK to receive this certification.

We’re proud to share that we have moved from Level 1 to Level 3 on the NHS Evergreen Sustainable Supplier Assessment, a major milestone in our sustainability journey and a reflection of our commitment to supporting the NHS in building a greener future.

The Evergreen Sustainable Supplier Assessment is a self-assessment and reporting tool developed by NHS England to help suppliers align with the NHS’s sustainability priorities, particularly its net zero and social value ambitions.
