Accessibility success with Charities Aid Foundation (CAF)
Working with the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), we helped improve digital accessibility and inclusion across their Microsoft 365 environment, supporting staff who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers.
By introducing and embedding Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, we made it easier for users to access, summarise, and work with complex information. This reduced barriers to content and improved independence, particularly for colleagues with additional accessibility needs.
The result was a more inclusive digital workplace where staff can collaborate more effectively and spend less time navigating information, allowing CAF to focus more on delivering its global charitable impact.
