We’re officially a Microsoft Frontier Partner! This status recognises our work in moving beyond experimentation into actively weaving AI into the fabric of how we work, think, and support customers.
Becoming a Frontier Partner is equally about delivering AI solutions at scale to our customers and the deliberate steps we’re taking in how we operate as a business. At Phoenix, we are embedding Microsoft AI technologies across our own teams and workflows, using them in real, practical ways to support decision-making, improve productivity, and accelerate innovation.
This “Customer Zero” approach means we learn by doing. By adopting Agents and AI-driven tools internally, we build hands-on experience that shapes how we advise, design, and deliver solutions for our customers. Our internal use of Copilot has helped us shape services and solutions to support our customers with:
- Defining AI strategies and adoption roadmaps, identifying initial use cases for AI across a wide range of capabilities and AI services
- Assessing current IT infrastructure and readiness for AI
- Implementing and integrating AI solutions with existing systems and processes
- Managing and optimising AI solutions for performance and cost
