Microsoft Teams Webinar Series

Over the past six months we have seen a change in almost every aspect of our everyday lives, including the way that we work and communicate when we are at work. The most popular communication tool at the moment is Microsoft Teams which has been rapidly adopted and rolled out by many organisations.

Now that we are getting used to the ‘new normal’ it is time to look at the tools that you have implemented and make sure that you are exploiting all of the features and tools that you have access to. In this webinar series, running from the 8 October – 17 December 2020, we have teamed up with our strategic partner Purify to bring you six sessions all designed to explore different areas of Microsoft Teams. We will cover:

Deep Dive – Give Teams a Voice

Available on-demand now

Improving communication and collaboration between employees and with external parties is a top priority for many Public Sector organisations. Increased competition, reduced timeframes and distributed business models mean that everyone needs to be more efficient and effective if the organisation is to succeed. Telephony capabilities have never quite been able to integrate fully into other collaboration solutions, with the challenge that they often lack the flexibility to change and expand as the organisations needs evolve.

In this session we will look at the options within Microsoft Teams to add Calling Plans and look at cloud calling, collaborative calling experiences, customer support experiences and how to administer all of this in Microsoft 365.

Post COVID-19 Clean Up

Available on-demand now

Many of us are living in Teams right now (who hasn’t said “Can you hear me” or “Can you see my screen”?) and while it is a truly amazing platform, many instances of it have been set up quickly and may now need refining and cleaning up a little as we settle into a more long-term period of remote and hybrid working environments.

In this session we will look at what you can do to optimise and streamline your Teams environment and give some best practice advice on things to consider when setting it up.

Deep Dive – Meetings and Devices

Available on-demand now

Microsoft Teams is enabling many of us to work faster, work anywhere and work confidently, but how do we take this further with the devices we are using to hold our meetings?

In this session we will look at a range of devices to suit all – whether you are working remotely, in the office or on the frontline.

Deep Dive – Apps and Services

Available on-demand now

We all work across multiple locations, workspaces, data sources and applications, but what if you could bring some of those together into a single location to help boost productivity and save countless hours jumping between systems and apps?

In this session we will look at how you can connect hundreds of apps and services you already use and love, including Office apps. Use tabs, connectors, bots and more to integrate them directly into your Teams experience.

Plan for Governance

Available on-demand now

You’re using Microsoft Teams, right? But, do you have all of the security, compliance and governance settings in place that are required by both your organisation and UK laws to ensure that people are using the system correctly and keeping all your data secure?

In this session we will look at what you need to consider when setting governance up for Teams or what you can do to ensure your current environment is inline with relevant legislation.
