A message from Phoenix about our supply chain in relation to Ukraine and Russia

As the situation between Ukraine and Russia continues, we are continually reviewing and assessing the impact on our customers, colleagues, and wider community.

Phoenix has no direct relationships with Russia and we are working closely with our hardware vendors to be aware of any supply chain issues raised relating to the tensions. We are also able to procure from multiple sources, if required.

With regards to software supply, due to the flexibility of choice for sourcing products from multiple suppliers and vendors, the impact to software supply is negligible. As software is digital, there will be no supply restrictions or border issues and this will have no impact on our ability to supply products to our customers.

If you have any questions relating to how the conflict in Ukraine impacts our supply chain, please contact us.
