Brooke – Action for Working Horses and Donkeys

Brooke has a mission – to give working horses, donkeys, and mules an improved lifestyle. As an international non-governmental organisation (NGO) working in several locations, the charity was in need of an IT solution to improve communication and stability.

Brooke is an internationally run animal charity, with communication between offices and their bases of operations being highly important. Without the means to collaborate and share data, the charity has found it difficult to reach their goals in the most efficient way possible, leading to less life changing work being completed. Due to the often challenging environments, the availability of certain online infrastructures and services can be reduced, leading to further challenges.

Brooke has just begun its digital transformation journey, with Phoenix implementing several services tailored to the charity’s unique needs. These have included a full transformative Microsoft Cloud project which involved migration to Microsoft Azure, deployment of Microsoft 365, and exploration of AI and data services.

By moving to more cloud-focused technologies, the charity has been able to transfer information, data, and communications within seconds, speeding up their key mission while reducing costs.

In forming a partnership with our specialists, Brooke hopes to continue their path to innovation with Phoenix in the future.
