What is Microsoft FastTrack?

FastTrack is a funded service for eligible customers and provides remote support and guidance from Microsoft specialists to support your cloud deployment and adoption. Find out if your organisation qualifies now with our free Microsoft FastTrack Eligibility Checker.

Our Compliance Centre Immersion Experience (CCIE) is a high-level introduction to the compliance portal available to you as a M365 customer.

The session, typically around one-hour, provides insight into the features available to you when investing in Microsoft 365 E3, and more advanced features from the Microsoft compliance stack and E5.

Modern Management Immersion Experience

Our Modern Management Immersion Experience (MMIE) is a high-level introduction to the Microsoft Endpoint Manager portal available to you as a M365 customer.

The session, typically around one-hour, provides you with insight into the tools that deliver unified endpoint management across company-owned and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) scenarios, such as Configuration Manager and Intune.

Security Immersion Experience

Our Security Immersion Experience (SIE) is a high-level introduction to the Security Portals available to you as a Microsoft 365 customer.

The session, typically around one-hour, gives an insight into the information Microsoft provide to you as a M365 Security customer and the key areas available to view your security posture.

Teams Apps Discovery Workshop

The Teams Apps Discovery Workshop is a high-level introduction to the applications available within Teams. Covering the core Microsoft apps, third-party apps, and app templates.

It will also include new Microsoft Viva Products, showcasing the capabilities of the apps and use cases.

SharePoint Online Immersion Experience

The SharePoint Online Immersion experience is a high-level introduction to SharePoint Document collaboration within Teams, including the setup of the Teams Sites and channels.

The session is usually an hour and covers all collaboration features and recommendations for setup.

Please note:

  • If you pay charitable pricing for Microsoft licences, unfortunately, you are not eligible for FastTrack assistance
  • Organisations with less than 500 licences are only eligible for guidance and not migration services
  • If you have more than 150 staff but less than 150 licences, increasing the number of licences above 150 may improve your eligibility
  • Licences must be of the same subscription, for example, 150 E3 Office 365 or 500 Intune

Two things you must have:

  • A minimum number of 300 Microsoft 365 licences (Office 365, Windows 10, EMS), bought through Phoenix or another organisation
  • Features of Office 365 and/or EM+S you want to start using, such as Teams, Yammer or SharePoint
