We’re proud to announce that we’re 11th on the Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces for Development list! This signifies our dedication to ensuring clear progression pathways and development for our employees.

This list represents the companies that understand that development is not one-size fits all, and they actively support every single employee to undertake their own tailored journey of growth. Because of this, their people are fuelled by a sense of purpose, feel valued by their employer, and give their best to the organisation.

Our inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges our commitment to development and employee growth. We support employee progression by:

  • Providing employees with monthly one-to-one check-ins with their manager to ensure their progression is on track
  • Each employee has their own personal development plan to track their progress and keep track of training
  • We have an internal training team, keeping employees skilled up and helping them complete training
  • Provide clear progression plans and routes with high visibility over next steps
  • Supports and funds training courses used to upskill employees in their role

From our anonymous employee feedback, we can see that overall our team highly commends our dedication to ongoing learning, individual growth, and the culture of knowledge exchange across our business.

We are incredibly proud to be recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we dedicate our time to ensuring everyone receives deserved development opportunities with clear plans for growth. We invest in our training programmes and support initiatives, ensuring every employee gets the resources they need to thrive and progress.”

Clare Metcalfe, Managing Director, Phoenix
