In partnership with the National Housing Federation (NHF), we’ve surveyed the housing sector for their thoughts and insights on AI – and the governance of it. The results from this have enabled us to create our upcoming report, ‘The state of AI in housing 2025’ that explores how the sector is currently utilising AI, how its viewing the use of AI, and how prepared they are for adopting AI within their organisation.

These unique observations have given us a clear understanding of how the housing sector currently feels about AI and what is required in order for the sector to begin adopting the technology not only efficiently and confidently, but securely.
