What Phoenix will deliver

As part of this partnership, we will:

• Champion social value through skilling and training initiatives
• Maintain a local presence to support education-specific services
• Appoint senior ambassadors to lead and support joint activities
• Facilitate access to vendor networks and resources
• Share best practices and lessons learned across cyber security, governance, and AI
• Promote the achievements and initiatives of both institutions
• Connect the partnership to wider sector programmes, including those led by the Scottish Government
• Host workshops and sessions focused on strategic technology implementation

• Showcase joint initiatives through case studies and spotlight features
• Develop a roadmap for AI adoption across both institutions
• Collaborate on technology investment and policy development
• Implement best practices using Microsoft Purview, Power BI, and Copilot
• Run quarterly workshops and bi-monthly information sessions for staff and students
• Provide space for events, meetings, and technical workshops
