Hett 2025: what we explored in the world of Healthtech

The challenges facing the NHS and wider healthcare sector are complex, too complex for any single vendor or technology to solve alone. From interoperability and data sharing to workforce pressures and patient experience, every digital project connects to a much bigger picture.

That’s why collaboration, between partners, vendors, and healthcare leaders, is no longer a nice-to-have.

At HETT 2025, we joined forces with ServiceNow and GlideFast to showcase how collaboration can help healthcare organisations move faster, work smarter, and deliver better care outcomes. For those of you who stopped by our stand, it was fantastic to meet you and hear your thoughts firsthand. For those who couldn’t make it, here’s a glimpse of what we were up to.

Why partnership matters in Healthtech

Digital transformation in healthcare isn’t just about adopting the newest tools, it’s about integrating systems, people, and processes in a way that delivers measurable impact.

Many NHS organisations already have multiple vendors, complex infrastructures, and limited time to drive change. That’s where strong partnerships make all the difference.

By combining Phoenix’s strategic expertise, ServiceNow’s leading digital workflow platform, and GlideFast’s deep technical delivery experience, we’re helping healthcare providers to:

  • Streamline patient and staff workflows
  • Improve data visibility and decision-making
  • Build scalable digital foundations that evolve with their needs

This joined-up approach ensures technology doesn’t just digitise existing problems, it transforms the way care is delivered.

From collaboration to real-world impact

At HETT 2025, the conversations were clear: health leaders want practical, outcome-driven transformation. They’re looking for trusted partners who can deliver results, not just technology.

Across the two days at our stand, we explored how connected platforms and collaborative delivery models can:

  • Break down silos between departments
  • Reduce admin burdens for frontline staff
  • Create seamless, secure experiences for patients

Together, we can accelerate the move from digital ambition to tangible impact, helping NHS organisations deliver better care, faster.

“HETT 2025 was a brilliant chance to meet so many NHS leaders and innovators. Hearing your insights first-hand, along with the challenges ahead, was invaluable. Phoenix recognises the scale of what NHS organisations will face over the coming years, particularly in delivering the NHS 10-point plan: from reducing waiting lists and improving access, to strengthening digital foundations, data flows, cybersecurity, and workforce capacity.

Our joint approach with ServiceNow and GlideFast is focused on turning those priorities into practical, measurable outcomes, helping teams streamline workflows, conn+ect systems, and free up time for patient care. Thank you to everyone who visited our stand; your engagement made the event both productive and inspiring.”
