Microsoft extends Audio Conferencing capabilities

From March 2022, Microsoft will provide unlimited dial-in capabilities for Microsoft Teams across Enterprise, Business, and Frontline SKUs (currently included within M365 E5, O365 E5, or as a standalone add-on).
Following the announcement that Microsoft will increase its commercial pricing for Microsoft 365 and Office 365, it has also confirmed that Audio Conferencing will be added to the following suites:
- Enterprise: Microsoft 365 E3, Office 365 E3, and Office 365 E1
- Frontline: Microsoft 365 F3, Microsoft 365 F1, and Office 365 F3
- SMB: Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, and Business Premium

Microsoft Audio Conferencing March 2022 update FAQs
Will existing customers have Audio Conferencing functionality added automatically?
No. Customers who do not have audio conferencing included will need to add the $0 standalone add-on to their agreement and enable it in the Admin Centre.
What channels will the new $0 Audio Conferencing add-on SKU be available in?
This offering is available in all channels: EA/EAS, CSP, and Web Direct.
What do we need to do to get these added?
Please contact your Phoenix account manager who will raise an order to get the $0 add-on SKU added to your agreement once it is available.
I’m already paying for Audio Conferencing licences through my Enterprise Agreement, can I drop these out?
You will be able to remove the licences at your next agreement anniversary and add the $0 add-on SKU once available.
What if we are paying for Audio Conferencing standalone SKUs and have an anniversary before the $0 add-on SKU is available?
Customers are encouraged to take advantage of the free Audio Conferencing offer that is currently available until 31st May 2022.
