We’re thrilled to announce that we have been awarded 4th place on the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 list by Great Place to Work® UK. This recognition celebrates organisations that have created workplace cultures built on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to employee wellbeing and growth.
Widely regarded as the ‘gold standard’ of employer awards, the list recognises organisations that have demonstrated outstanding workplace cultures through independent assessment and employee feedback.
Achieving 4th place in the large company category is an achievement we are incredibly proud of. It reflects the ongoing effort we put into creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. At Phoenix, our culture is built on strong values, meaningful collaboration, and a shared commitment to delivering the best outcomes for our customers and colleagues.
Over the past year, we have continued to invest in our people by strengthening initiatives that support professional development, wellbeing, and inclusivity. What makes Phoenix a great place to work?
The UK’s Best Workplaces list is based on extensive analysis carried out by Great Place to Work. This includes confidential employee survey feedback that measures trust, pride, and camaraderie within organisations, alongside insights into leadership, innovation, and company values.
The results are then benchmarked to evaluate how closely an organisation’s employee experience aligns with its stated culture and values. Only organisations that achieve the highest scores following this evaluation earn a place on the list.
Our culture
