We’ve been ranked 51st out of 100 in this year’s Great Place To Work® Best Small & Medium Workplaces in Europe list. Among the 16 UK companies on that list, we came 6th.
The list is built from one of the largest workplace studies in Europe. Great Place To Work surveyed more than 1.5 million employees across the continent, representing 2.4 million people’s experiences. Only the 100 highest-scoring organisations made the final list.
What does that look like at Phoenix?
When Great Place To Work asked our people what it’s really like here, the answers said it all. They talked about leadership that feels approachable rather than distant. Others mentioned feeling welcomed from the moment they joined, and a workplace that genuinely looks out for them.
That means more coming from them than it ever could from us, and it’s exactly what Great Place To Work is designed to capture.
That’s part of what makes this ranking feel so special. Only 16 UK companies made this year’s European list, and we’re proud to be one of them. Coming 6th among that group says even more about the culture we’ve built together.
