We’re thrilled to announce that Phoenix has been recertified as a Great Place to Work® for the fourth year running. Because while the badge is brilliant, what really matters is what’s behind it: the honest opinions of our people telling the world that Phoenix is somewhere they’re proud to work.
The Great Place to Work® certification isn’t handed out, it’s earned. Every year, employees complete an anonymous survey measuring the things that truly define a workplace: trust, fairness, inclusion, and culture.
What our people said
This year’s results speak for themselves:
- 92% of employees believe Phoenix is a great place to work
- 99% of employees believe they are treated fairly regardless of race
- 97% of employees believe they are treated fairly regardless of gender
- 97% of employees believe management are honest about business practices
Numbers like these are the result of years of intentional investment in our people, from the way we onboard new starters to the way our leadership team shows up every day.
Why this matters to us
