Every year, Great Place to Work asks people the following question: what’s it really like to work here? This year, that feedback has put Phoenix on the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech list for 2026, our fifth year running since 2022.
It’s a nice one to get, because it comes from our own people rather than a nomination we put in, or a panel judging us from the outside.
Over the past year, we’ve continued to invest in the things that matter most to people here: development, flexibility, and making sure everyone feels included, not just accounted for.
Based on real feedback
The list is based on confidential employee feedback, covering trust in leadership, pride in the work, and how well people get on here. Results are then benchmarked specifically against other technology employers, and only the strongest make the final list.
Every answer stays anonymous, so what comes back is a fair picture of what our employees actually think, not what they think we want to hear.
Our culture
Our culture isn’t something we just talk about. It shows up in ordinary decisions, day to day.
It looks like trust: whether you’re in sales, finance, marketing, or support, you’re given the outcome and trusted to work out how you get there. It looks like development that doesn’t wait for an annual review, a hybrid working model, and our CEO for a Day programme, which gives people outside the usual leadership track a genuine say in decisions. And it shows up in daily choices too, like our commitment to the Race at Work Charter, our Disability Confident status, and our support for Women in IT.

This is our fifth consecutive year on the Best Workplaces in Tech list, and it sits alongside a handful of other Great Place to Work recognitions:
