Craig, our Chief Technology Officier, has enjoyed a diverse and rewarding career in IT and business, focusing predominantly on the Microsoft technology stack, and is passionate about helping organisations utilise digital technology to improve their services to deliver better results for staff and users. He has proven experience in both established channel partners and systems integrators, as well as founding and running a high-tech start-up with a global presence.

Craig enjoys supporting others to develop their careers and was given the Strathclyde People Award in 2014 for Services to Entrepreneurship and Mentoring. He also currently volunteers as the Chairman and Trustee of Community Counselling, a Yorkshire based charity who support vulnerable people.

Lewis joined Phoenix in February 2020 to build out Phoenix’s FastTrack Programme. Since then, Lewis has taken on various new roles, including buildling out Phoenix’s Viva and Copilot offerings, managing a team of three, achieving the Microsoft FastTrack POTY Finalist position in 2023, and becoming a Microsoft MVP. Lewis is passionate about providing new technlogy to organisations and showcasing how this can help them do more with less.

Dave our Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance, is an experienced, enthusiastic and conscientious cyber security professional, with a proven track record of delivering great results across the public sector.

Dave joined the Phoenix team in late 2022, as a Governance, Risk and Compliance Consultant, working with our large customer base and delivering bespoke security assessments and audits around CIS Controls, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, as well as helping with Cyber Security Incident Response Plans and other preparatory work. He is a certified ISO27001 and ISO22301 Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer, an ISO42001 Lead Implementer and GDPR Practitioner.

In April 2026, Dave became Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance.

Melissa joined Phoenix in 2021 to advise our customers on all aspects of cyber security, from technology and security solutions to services around governance, risk, and compliance.

She has experience working with some of the leading security suppliers on the market for challenges including identity security, SOC operations, and incident response and how these areas assist in the journey to reducing risk exposure and improving incident preparedness.
