Value realisation: what the evidence shows
This session is built around outcomes, not features. Policing is already moving this way nationally, and the wider evidence on agent governance backs up why it matters:
- The Home Office announced its £115 million Police.AI centre in January 2026. It’s building a national registry of AI tools used across all 43 forces – the same governance problem Agent 365 solves at force level.
Source: Home Office, Police.AI (National Centre for AI in Policing) announcement, 26 January 2026. - 88% of organisations suspect they’ve already had a security incident involving an AI agent, and only 14.4% have full security and IT sign-off. On average, just 47% of an organisation’s AI agents are actively monitored or secured.
