David is the Modern Workplace and Accessibility Lead at Phoenix, helping public sector organisations understand the capabilities and business benefits of M365. David is passionate about accessibility and inclusion and has helped build Phoenix’s accessibility offerings.
Rhiain Cliffe – Microsoft Surface Specialist
Rhiain is a member of our Cloud and AI Solutions Team as our dedicated in-house Microsoft Surface Specialist. Rhiain is an advocate for the positive impact Surface devices can have on an organisation, including everything from their accessibility goals, their attitude to sustainability, and modernising the workplace with the right devices for the right roles.
Lewis Thomson – Copilot and Microsoft Programme Lead
Lewis joined Phoenix in February 2020 to build out Phoenix’s FastTrack Programme. Since then, Lewis has taken on various new roles, including building out Phoenix’s Viva and Copilot offerings, managing a team of three, and achieving the Microsoft FastTrack POTY Finalist position in 2023. Lewis is passionate about providing new technology to organisations and showcasing how this can help them do more with less.
Simon Croll – Customer Success Technology Lead
Simon joined Phoenix in September 2021 with 25 years’ experience in IT and data, having previously worked as a technical consultant and other roles.
As Customer Success Technology Lead, Simon has developed the Team’s training and support offerings to include all apps within the M365 stack as well as the Power Platform Suite and other technologies including Adobe Document Cloud. Simon is passionate about using different technologies together to transform and automate business processes and improving outcomes for organisations and end-users.
