In this role you will assist the Cloud Solutions, Microsoft Licensing, Technical Consultancy, Managed Service and Cloud Optimisation teams by enhancing Phoenix’ delivery capability by undertaking azure cost modelling for customer scenarios, maximising azure related rebates and incentive programmes and supporting customers to effectively utilise commercial benefits associated with Azure.
Main duties and responsibilities of the Cloud Services Manager, include leading a team of technical analysts, promoting excellent customer service to our customers while adhering to contractual agreements and governance and compliance of customer IT environments, help identify and implement service efficiencies and improvement opportunities, maintain high levels of incident ownership ensuring all are logged accurately, and understand, adhere to and promote IT security best practice.
As a Power Platform Solution Specialist, your role will be to help support and guide Phoenix customers and members of the sales teams to drive engagement and revenues around the Power Platform.
You will be expected to deliver customer facing Whiteboarding and technical pre-sales activities and customer facing education workshops and product demonstrations to enable organisations to envisage and understand how solutions can be applied to their environment and specific business objectives.
