The Marketing Copywriter is to assist the Sales and Marketing Teams with copy for all campaigns to ensure they are as successful as possible.
The role is key to all campaigns and covers content creation across the website, blogs, articles, white papers, eBooks, infographics, social media, surveys, emails and proof reading. The Marketing Copywriter will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve key stakeholders across the company as well as partners and customers.
Ideally with knowledge and experience in SEO, outreach and PR, the right candidate will be a high-quality individual who will provide expert copywriting inputs to the team and produce both long and short-form copy which is fluent, enticing and faithful to the brand’s tone and style, yet easy for the reader to consume and understand in the world of technology and the language used.

As part of the Cloud Solutions Team you will be required to for delivering and supporting the alignment of Phoenix’ Modern Workplace strategy with a focus on Microsoft 365 Security to customers across our Sales Divisions and must be comfortable holding conversations around topics including Modern workplace and Microsoft 365 Security with the ability to articulate the key Security products available to the customer to assist with upsell opportunities.
To be successfull in this role you must have great knoladge of the Modern Workplace and Microsoft Security Soloutions and excellent communication skills including the ability to confidently present both face to face and virtually with a high technical ability.
As part of the Cloud Solutions Team your role as a Power Platform Solution Specialist will be to help support and guide Phoenix customers and members of the sales teams to drive engagement and revenues around the Power Platform.
You will be expected to deliver customer facing Whiteboarding and technical pre-sales activities and customer facing education workshops and product demonstrations to enable organisations to envisage and understand how solutions can be applied to their environment and specific business objectives.
To be successful in this role you must have a detailed understanding of the Microsoft portfolio and their offerings, excellent communication skills including the ability to confidently present both face to face and virtually and a high technical ability.
As part of the Cloud Solutions Team you will support the team by taking ownership of the management of Microsoft Partner Centre, administration behind various funded programs, supporting with funding and deal reg and quoting amongst other duties.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong attention to detail, a great ability to prioritise work, with minimum supervision and have excellent problem-solving skills.
